AI Product Technical Partner

You build the product with AI. I safeguard the architecture, security, and launch checkpoints.

This service is built for product people willing to invest their own time and AI tokens — it is not full outsourcing, and it is not just AI coaching. You keep product ownership, the implementation work, and your AI tokens; I provide architecture judgment, safeguards on critical flows, PR review, initial incident triage, and an upgrade roadmap.

I do not build your product for you. I help you build the technical safety net that lets you build it yourself.

All prices on this page are in New Taiwan Dollars (NT$) and exclude tax; formal quotations state tax treatment explicitly.

🧑‍💻

Engineers / Solo Developers

“I ship with a fleet of AI agents, but nobody design-reviews my work.”

You can build independently. What you lack is peer-level judgment: architecture trade-offs, PR gatekeeping, and a second pair of eyes before launch.

Which of these sounds like you right now?

🚀

Product Builders / Non-technical Founders

“I built an MVP with AI, but I do not know what I do not know.”

Your product works. What you need is a risk inventory and a launch judgment: where AI alone cannot be trusted, and what to fix before going live.

Which of these sounds like you right now?

The service ladder

Each tier has a clear entry order and upgrade path: start from the course or the free screening, confirm launch risks with an audit, keep senior judgment on retainer with the subscription, and only hand over implementation where you and AI should not do it alone. The 1:1 technical consultation is a parallel low-friction entry — it solves a single question and may, but does not have to, lead to an audit.

  • No live attacks, penetration testing, or production operations

What you get

  • A one-page result: P0/P1/P2 grading with at most 3 findings that truly matter
  • A plain-language summary of your current architecture and one immediate improvement
  • One future upgrade path and the reasoning behind any paid next step

What is a Review Unit?

One Review Unit = one purposeful PR or technical question, up to roughly 300 lines of effective change, including one short follow-up.

Detailed metering rules
  • Per-unit caps: 300 lines of effective change, 15 files, 30 minutes of manual review
  • Formatting, generated code, and lockfiles do not count
  • Cross-service changes, database migrations, payments, permissions, and large refactors count as 2+ Review Units or are quoted separately

Common rules

  • One product and one primary contact per subscription; the Lead tier covers up to three team members
  • Subscriptions start with a one-time Repository Onboarding, priced in the formal quote; waived if you completed a paid health check within the past 30 days
  • Prepaid monthly; initial term of 2 months, month-to-month afterwards; cancel with 14 days notice before the next term
  • Unused quota does not roll over — the fee reserves capacity and keeps your project context warm
  • The response SLA means work starts or you get a reply within the window, not that the issue is fully resolved within it
  • No fixed-hours hands-on coding; direct code changes are quoted separately

Initial incident triage is time-boxed remote work: information gathering, log analysis, likely root cause, and mitigation advice — diagnosis and recommendations, not a guaranteed fix.

Service boundaries

These boundaries are stated before any deal, so expectations align from day one.

Positioning
Technical judgment and risk safeguards for AI-assisted development — not full outsourcing. Product decisions, day-to-day implementation, AI accounts and tokens, and the final launch call stay with you.
Nature of the fee
The monthly fee buys response time, review capacity, retained project context, and senior engineering judgment — not fixed hours. Work beyond quota, or direct code changes, are quoted separately.
Incident support
Time-boxed remote triage: information gathering, log and error-path analysis, likely root cause, and stop-the-bleeding advice. Not a guaranteed fix, and no promise of full recovery within the included time; no 24/7 on-call and no prolonged production operations; third-party service outages remain outside our liability.
Security and liability
Risk-driven code and architecture review referencing public standards such as OWASP ASVS. It is not equivalent to a penetration test or compliance certification, and offers no zero-vulnerability guarantee; backups, production access, release approval, and regulatory compliance stay with you.
Data handling
Do not share production passwords, raw card data, or unmasked personal data. Repository access is read-only in principle; sending private code to third-party AI models requires your prior written consent.
Prices and tax
Every price on a formal quotation clearly states whether tax is included; prices on this page exclude tax.

FAQ

How is this different from an outsourcing agency?

An agency takes the whole product and builds it for you. Here, you — with AI — keep building and owning the product, while I provide judgment and safeguards at the architecture, security, and launch checkpoints. You keep product ownership, code ownership, and the learning curve.

Why is the monthly fee not billed by the hour?

You are buying response time, review capacity, and someone who already knows your project. Fixed hours cannot buy those three things — re-briefing a stranger mid-incident usually costs more than the hours themselves.

What do I need to prepare?

A runnable product or repository (read-only is fine), a list of what worries you most, and the time and AI tokens to apply fixes yourself.

What is not a good fit?

Idea-only projects with no code, full-product outsourcing, or anything that expects 24/7 on-call and unconditional fix promises — none of these are in scope.

Not sure which tier fits?

Describe where your product stands in one paragraph, and I will point you to the lightest option that actually helps.
